Our work depends on Functional Analyst Expert joining our team to provided on-site subject matter expertise and analytical support to studies, analysis and modeling/simulation that form the foundation for senior leaders to make establish Joint IAMD performance requirements.
How a Senior Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Analyst will make an impact:
Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projectsResponsible for collecting inputs throughout the IAMD enterprise and using them to support various processes associated with the Joint Staff and the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), such as:Capability Portfolio Management, Mission Integration ManagementCapability Gap AnalysisFunctional Capabilities Boards (FCBs), Joint Capabilities Boards (JCBs), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) Electronic Task Management System (ETMS)Preparation and coordination of Info Papers, Decision Papers, or other correspondence for senior leaders up to and including the CJCS. Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of ScienceRequired Experience: 15+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Must have experience with planning, coordinating, and conducting IAMD analysis including identification of IAMD objectives, methodologies, MOEs & MOPs, and tools and preparation of IAMD analysis plans, analyses, analysis reports and briefings. Must have experience in technical and operational basis of Joint IAMD including understanding: Joint employment concepts/operational requirements and doctrine for conducting active IAMD against enemy aircraft, cruise and ballistic missiles.Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI and SAP eligible.Location: On Customer Site
