Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their office to bring top talent into the firm.
What You Will Do
Support Southwest Regional Talent Acquisition effortsAttend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers for current studio needsNetwork and engage with top talent and recruit them to GenslerWork with our existing talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positionsCoordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicantsManage Workday and all of its functions, from opening a role, dispositioning candidates, to closing a roleConsult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offersAssist with recruiting outreach efforts for Summer Internship programUpdate and maintain compensation staff reports for offersDeep passion, understanding, and long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
Your Qualifications
5+ years in Recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required)Bachelors degreeKnowledge of HRIS; Workday preferredExperience with applicant tracking systemsExperience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industryExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and perform in fast paced environmentFoundational understanding of human resources and recruitingThe base salary range will be estimated between $85,000 - $110,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
