Company Description:Genuin ecosystem is the cross-functional AI-powered platform for building, managing, and marketing video-based social communities on the open web for brands (which includes individuals) to have control over their 1st party social interaction data which otherwise is not available via social media platforms.

Role Description:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador based in NYC. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content, building vibrant communities on the Genuin app, and attending in-person meetings to represent our brand.

Qualifications:Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsExperience in community engagement and managementExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency with social media platforms and community management toolsCurrent college student

Responsibilities:Create and manage a thriving community for a brand to achieve a minimum of 100 members by the end of the ambassador programAttend bi-weekly in-person meetings and events to represent the Genuin brandCollaborate with other Brand Ambassadors to develop creative content strategiesEngage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Time Commitment:5-7 hours per week (varies per person) Position duration: (May 15 to August 15)

Training and Support:Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training sessionsAccess to Genuin's Brand Ambassador resources and support teamRegular feedback and coaching to help you succeed in your role

Performance Expectations:Grow your Genuin community by at least 20% each monthMaintain updated documentation of your metrics Consistently create high-quality video content (UGC, repurposed, or AI content)
