ResponsibilitiesIdentify new project leads through various resourcesCreate and maintain project bid listsCreate formal project proposalsMaintain bid and project spreadsheets throughoutAssist project managers and other stakeholders with qualifying subcontractor proposalsComplete bid checklist while working with PMs and ownersSit in on subcontractor and project status meetings to provide expertise
Qualifications5+ years of Construction Estimating experienceFamiliarity with Estimating software like Onscreen TakeoffStrong communication skillsFamiliarity with subcontractor qualifying process
