Quality Assurance:Description:Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.Conduct manual and automated testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems.Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability and reliability.Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate user stories, and resolve issues identified during testing.Document and track defects, test results, and testing progress using bug tracking tools such as Jira.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments.Develop and maintain automated test suites using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Provide timely and accurate feedback to development teams on test results, defects, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with release management teams to ensure smooth and successful deployment of software releases and updates.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.ISTQB or similar software testing certifications are a plus.
