Job Summary:GEODNET is deploying GNSS/GPS Reference Stations throughout the world. They are used to provide corrections to GNSS/GPS enabling cm accuracy for projects in construction, agriculture, transportation, and a growing number of applications. This accuracy is essential for greater efficiency in the use of the world’s resources. Currently, more than 3400+ stations are online and visible at https://console.geodnet.com/mapWe are seeking a highly creative and talented Web Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to our brand's visual identity. You will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into compelling visual web and graphic designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a new web page looking and feel, marketing materials, branding assets, digital graphics, and more. Your creative skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.Responsibilities: · Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the company's brand and messaging.· Develop and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's digital presence.· Conduct user experience (UX) testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize designs.· Create and maintain design assets, including icons, banners, and images for both online and offline use.· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and materials. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Web Designer/Graphic Designer or similar role.· Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).· Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.· Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including websites, digital ads, and print materials.· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.· Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
