This position is responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment, by supporting our production efficiency and allowing our machine centers to create quality specialized packaging that meets our customers’ needs. Production Associates contribute to a safe and clean plant environment by performing general housekeeping duties in different areas of the production floor. This position pays $22/hour + an additional $3/hour while working on 2nd or 3rd shift!
Hours
1st shift: 6am-2pm
2nd shift: 2pm-10pm
3rd shift: 10pm-6am
must be able to work 8-12 hours and Saturdays as needed
What You Will Do
Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targetsMonitor and/or entry into computer control systemsTroubleshoot equipment to optimize productionPerform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areaWork as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goalsOperate and/or work around mobile equipmentMaintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipmentPerform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post-high school education in manufacturing/industrial

Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
