GEOST seeks an enthusiastic and highly capable Operator to work with a multi-disciplinary team to monitor and provide analysis for an on-orbit composite technical system. A qualified candidate will be able to apply technical knowledge and analysis to ensure the success of complex missions in pioneering space projects. This position requires a Top-Secret security clearance.
Duties and Responsibilities:Manage payload configuration.Monitor and report sensor health.Work with science personnel to maintain and optimize sensor performance.Command updates to payloadDaily event/data monitoringDocument findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations.Collaborate with system admins during outages to supply payload diagnostics.Coordinate with mission partners as well as government customerPerform other duties as assigned.

Preferred SkillsAnalytical skillsSystems Engineering experience.Travel up to 10%Technical degree
