📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
GForce is seeking an experienced, website content specialist, to join our growing pharmaceutical client. This consultant will work directly with the client's Customer Engagement Platforms. This consultant will act as the primary point of contact, responsible for providing exceptional posting approved content and responding to customer service questions and requests. ResponsibilitiesPost approved articles, resources, events, and other content directly to the engagement platforms in a timely mannerRegistration and attendance tracking for live and pre-recorded web eventsOversee web broadcasts through the engagement platforms for live and pre-recorded web eventsManage content placement and displayProvide recommendations for content placement and user interface optimizationProvide customer service for website related issuesMonitor metrics and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or similar fieldsMinimum of 2 years website managementExperience with WordPress is a plusExperience in customer service is a plus
