Responsibilities:Channel your legal prowess by appearing in court and fearlessly arguing motions that seal the deal on routine and contested foreclosure, eviction, title dispute, collection, replevin, and bankruptcy matters.Summon your writing wizardry to draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, ensuring every detail shines with accuracy.Maintain superhero-level communication with clients, keeping them in the loop on case status and unleashing your exceptional client service skills.Take charge of your very own case load, managing matters like a mastermind and leaving no legal stone unturned.
