📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
We have partnered with a manufacturing organization in the Gainesville, GA area looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities
Assist with various areas of accounting including AR and fixed assets
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
Collaborate with leadership to ensure implementation of accounting and financial compliance controls.
Assist with monthly and annual closing processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of accounting experience
SAP knowledge desired
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
