About the Role:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of our startup.Actively source, engage, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.Utilize job boards, social media, and other professional platforms to source and attract talent.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job objectives, requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Represent GITAI at career fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.Innovate sourcing strategies and implement referral programs.Conduct detailed reference checks and facilitate job offer negotiations.
Requirements:2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment. The ability to demonstrate your dedication, work ethic, and success in challenging environments is key.Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices.Understanding of labor laws and hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR platforms.Familiarity with the tech and/or space industry.Certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
