Role Overview: GLDS is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at GLDS, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. You will work with a diverse range of data sources, perform in-depth analysis, and generate actionable insights to support our business objectives. Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within the data.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and assist in defining data collection strategies.Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision-making.Create and automate data pipelines to streamline data ingestion and processing.Assist in data quality assurance and data governance efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.]Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data visualization.Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in data analysis and data visualization using tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to a non-technical audience.Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes is a plus.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools is a plus.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms is a plus.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
