About This OpportunityGlobal Finishing Solutions is seeking a proactive, problem solving, motivated individual to drive best in class HR practices. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a broad base of human resources, training, recruiting and HRMS functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full cycle recruitment and training and development. Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is the leading manufacturer of paint booths and finishing systems for a wide variety of industries. Our strength is in custom building finishing equipment to meet the unique needs of each customer. What You Will DoFacilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring of candidates from professional level to manufacturing positions within the company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements.Will be responsible for making process improvements to provide excellent internal customer service Utilize data from a variety of sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee/leadership corrective actions.Maintain and file annual reports i.e. affirmative action, EEO-1, etc.Proactively work with leaders to develop and enhance i.e., engagement, on the job training, onboarding, etc.Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.

What You Have to OfferBachelor’s Degree along with 5-7 years of experience in human resources with a mix of human resource disciplinesDemonstrated expertise in one or more areas of human resources: recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.Demonstrated record of process improvementStrong knowledge of Federal and State laws
