Job Responsibilities
Assist PMO Team with daily activities to include:Record meeting minutesSchedule Meeting invitesSend meeting remindersSend pre- and post-meeting materialsSend follow-up reminders for deliverablesTrack and communicate meeting deliverablesMaintain an accurate list of RAN advisors (suppliers), internal RA leadership, and ATLAS championsCommunicate the status of meeting responses to the PMO teamTrack and process invoicesTrack purchase order status for suppliersMaintain supplier documentation Maintain documentation in SharePointMonitor shared mailbox
Required Skills
Detail orientedExtensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePointAriba experience desiredAbility to work in fast fast-paced environment and multitaskStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and managementAbility to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day workWorking hours 8 – 5, Monday – Friday, Onsite at Client Park.
