Job Details:COMPANY: Hedge Fund POSITION: Executive Assistant / Research Coordinator HYBRID: WFH offered 1 day per week LOCATION: Midtown, NYCSALARY: 120-150K DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Great Benefits HOURS: 8:00am-5:30pm (M-T) 8:00am-5:00pm (F) with flexibility

Responsibilities:Support two core analysts on the Research team with opportunity for coverage of a few additional analysts with firm growth.Perform daily research runs and coordinate corporate access with brokers for analysts.Screen and direct calls for all individuals covered and as back-up, as determinedProactively manage multiple heavy calendars, including scheduling/coordinating meetings and conference callsCoordinate all conference needs including registering attendance, requesting meetings and updating calendarsInput meetings into an online tracking system Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements and be capable of pivoting quickly in case of changes Track and manage expense reports and submit monthly expense reports for each team memberAd hoc projects such as providing back-up support for other members of the administrative team

Requirements:Section 3 SummaryBachelor’s degree preferred 3-5 years of direct experience Strong background supporting a team, preferably within the finance sector Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe highest level of personal integrity and ethical standardsA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with peers
