Summary

This position will be responsible for ensuring all in-transit damaged units are repaired and ready to ship in a timely manner. They will track all damaged vehicles and ensure they are all accounted for until delivery. They will work to resolve all vendor and customer issues related to claims, track transportation data and trends while providing analysis to help improve ITR/Claims process.

Compensation

$52k- $56k Per Year ( Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Responsibilities

Oversee the repairs for all damaged units that go in and out of ITRs from railheadsWork with the Regions and Claims Department to set up new ITRs as neededWork with ramp agents and VL staff to confirm the validity of damage notificationsSet up Damage Move Requests to and from the ITR facilitiesEnsure units do not age at the ramps or ITR and vehicles are repaired in a timely mannerBe certain that no units are left unaccounted for and that lost units are reported immediately to all partiesRegularly follow up with ITR regarding status updates and potential delays in repairsManage and update the ITR Tracking LogRequest for and review all damage reports, estimates, and supplements received and ensure accuracy of the reportsNotify customer/regions of all damages to ensure draft clocks are pushed out in a timely mannerSend notifications to Claims to request DIT Surveys and create the claim in ITMSSend notifications to Claims to request supplemental surveys and request revisions to survey reportsWork with KHS to manage on-site repairs of vehicles at approvedEnsure invoices are pushed to Claims Department for processingMake arrangements for Roadside Moves to and from the ITR facilityFollow up on the status of Roadside Moves to ensure there are no delaysCoordinate Roadside moves for Tacoma Port
