Responsibilities Work collaboratively with global and regional teams, both in developing the Ops Platform and providing consultation to other teams when needed.Develop and manage the global Operations Playbook and StandardsDevelop and lead Change Management FrameworkLead Operating Partner selection and Management processDevelop and implement global Quality Management Program for Operations to monitor performance and SLA adherenceWork with Design and Delivery Teams to commission and transition data center capacity into productionIdentify, champion and lead innovation throughout operations functions by thinking outside of the box, researching new technologies, and methods of managementPromote and build inclusive and transparent teamsSupport Corporate Audit and Certification processes as the business requires

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field MBA preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in Data Center Operations in a leadership capacity Minimum 7 years' experience working in a Global Data Center environmentAdvanced MS Office, AutoCAD and/or other engineering software packagesThrives in a fast-paced and continuously developing environmentExhibits strong interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration in a team environment Self-starter with superior analytical skills; a problem solver with an astute attention to detail Possesses good judgment, honesty, and utmost integrity
