Position Overview
The Insurance Sales and Service Representative III- BILINGUAL is responsible for selling and servicing General Motors Insurance policies, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws. This role is for people who want to solve problems and provide our customers with the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction that they deserve.
In this position, you'll be the first contact for customers by providing them with quotes and converting them to long-term GM Insurance/OSI customers. You'll also be assisting them with their post-sales questions and policy changes via a variety of contact methods to include inbound and outbound phone calls, email, chat, and text. Key areas of focus also include proactively partnering with internal business partners, team leaders, and managers to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. While Insurance Representatives may have primary responsibilities, they are expected to perform any tasks assigned as business needs require. Licensing requirements: Must currently hold and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) US State required2-3 years customer service High School Diploma RequiredBachelorβs Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredFluent in English and Spanish
Schedule Monday- Friday 11am-8pm CST (FULLY REMOTE)
Class Start Date June 3rd 2024

Compensation: Competitive Salary of $26.00/hour plus bonus incentive

The starting pay for this role is: USD $26.00/Hr. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
