EHS Compliance Specialist

If so, a well-established Environmental/Engineering Consulting firm based in Greenville, SC is looking for an EHS Specialist to provide Environmental, Health and Safety consulting services for their clients located primarily in the Upstate SC area. If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:Develop and provide EHS consulting services to company clients (primarily municipalities & manufacturing) Participate in projects related to safety/OSHA training and plan developmentWork with clients on Hazwoper and first aid/CPR training at their facilities/sitesWork closely with local, state and federal agencies to ensure client companies meet/exceed safety standardsComplete and submit internal and external EHS reports including safety, environmental regulatory reports (wastewater treatment/air permitting)Issue ergonomics evaluations, safety and industrial hygiene programs Benefits Offered:Company offers a great benefits package!Health Insurance401KPTOType: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:B.S. in Environmental Science or other related discipline5+ years of EHS experience in consulting or manufacturing/industrial environmentsKnowledge of OSHA standards/requirementsKnowledge of ISO 14001 standardsPrior safety consulting experience is heavily preferred Experience in Air Permit Consulting, Hazardous Waste/Materials & Wastewater compliance will be a huge plus! Strong knowledge of local, state and federal agency EHS standardsRole will require travel primarily to clients in the local Upstate SC area-some travel may be required to client sites in the Southeast Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
