📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 What is your perfect fit?Are you a laboratory management professional looking to grow your leadership experience?If so, a well-established company with a research facility here in the Upstate SC area is looking for a Lab Manager to lead their talented laboratory team!This will be a direct hire position! If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like:Will be responsible for leading/directing activities for the company's Chemistry GMP Laboratory and Technical Teams Ensure Chemistry Lab is in full compliance by using proper USP/customer test methodsProvide oversight of all testing procedures including raw materials, finished products and sample tests Review all lab generated data concerning test results/findings, logbooks and journals ensuring accuracy Ensure data integrity by reviewing/managing proper documentationManage calibration of lab equipment (including preventative maintenance) ensuring equipment is in proper working order

To be a champion in this role, you will need:Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field10+ years of experience in a GMP Laboratory 5+ years of specific GMP laboratory management experienceUnderstanding of manufacturing processesStrong familiarity with laboratory practices and equipmentExcellent communication skills (written & verbal) We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
