Position Overview:We are currently seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our expanding team in West Haven and the Greater Hartford areas. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities, we have flexible schedules to accommodate your needs. With 26 existing locations and additional centers opening in 2024, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with us.

Benefits and Incentives:Competitive compensation and robust benefits package as an employee of Hartford HeatlhCare. Qualified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners can earn a fulltime annual base compensation ranging from $126,796.80 to $171,600.00+ per year*Excellent bonus programs (for eligible fulltime and part-time providers) including:Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly) based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at busier centers)Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

Minimum Qualifications

Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting requiredExperience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populationsComfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays.
