Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay Adhere to all security and safety regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
