Hiring a Systems Administrator!Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their team for a contract opportunity in Mason, Ohio! The Systems Administrator will maintain and develop the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment as it pertains to user access. In addition, this role will follow defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems and perform troubleshooting for simple to moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems as it relates to user access.Top skills you need to have:Minimum 1 year of experience with level one customer serviceMinimum 1 year of experience with Basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operationsStrong Multitasking abilityHigh degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain calm under pressureExperience with Win10 and Win11 OS, preferredExperience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, preferredExperience with BYOD, preferredExperience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, preferredHigh school diploma/GED; Bachelorβs degree, preferred
