Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology roles within the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.Strong technical skills with expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Deep understanding of front office operations, trading workflows, and financial instruments (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives).Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
