📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Goliath has partnered with a very well established systematic trading firm with key offices in Chicago, NYC, Austin, and Europe. The client has hands in several asset classes primarily in the HFT & MFT horizons. We have been contracted to find top talent within the Quantitative space, specifically those specializing in Options/ Delta One/ Futures/ Equities with competent engineering capabilities. The team with the most urgent hiring need is out of Chicago focusing on intraday & HFT Options (sitting in Chicago 4 days onsite) with 2-4 YOE ideally.
Role:Design, implement and maintain software for strategy optimization (HFT/MFT)Implement new alphas for trading strategies.Maintain, enhance and grow the Firm’s portfolio of automated electronic trading strategies within the platformUtilize ML and Data Science to develop and improve modelling across futures/ equities/ options.
Essential skills:BS in Comp Sci/ Mathematics/ Physics or similarly related field.Experience with designing and implementing strategies for futures, equities, options.Machine learning & data science experience.Market data simulation knowledgeExperience in C++/ Python - must have
Compensation:Breakdown by Years in Industry (base + guaranteed bonuses)<3 years $300k - 500k3-6 years $700k -1.2M6+ years $1.3M+
Exceptions involve PhD's and Masters within relevant pathways
