📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're working with a NYC hedge fund looking for a Web Application Developer/ Full Stack Engineer (no finance experience necessary!) on a 2-3 day hybrid basis per week.
Role:Drive design, development and implementation of web apps for a central research stack, which will allow traders and QR's to push profit.This is a greenfield project & you will be this firms first Application Dev!
Essential skills:BS in CompSci or similarly related field.3+ years of experience in full stack development (the more the better!).React.js & Python experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.Interest in innovation/ greenfield development very important (and finance!).
Beneficial skills:Previously worked for a start-up venture, scaling something from scratch.
Compensation:$125-200k base with a 100% bonus match DOE. Ideally they keep to $350k ceiling, but can push to $400k in exceptional circumstances.
