ResponsibilitiesServe as the Primary System Owner & Administrator for the company’s Integration Platform and ERP/OMS SystemEnsure consistent system uptime and drive continuity of data transformationManage relative integration scheduling to maximize concurrent performance of multiple critical flowsServe as the primary owner of all ERP system related problem resolution and triageCommunicate system issues in a timely manner to necessary business unitsProvide post-mortem analysis of any issues requiring a change in existing integration or mapping structuresFormulate and manage a product development roadmap for the following type of software applications:ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)PaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)Business IntelligenceFocus on developing feature enhancements and automations within these applications for the following departments Accounting Procurement (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Importing) Merchandising Customer SupportWork closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understoodManage a project roadmap with external development resources to both accelerate, and when necessary isolate specific projectsDraft detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum boardPerform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testingBuild reporting and alerting processes within necessary applicationsHelp design, document, and maintain system processesCommunicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solveConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customersIdentify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources

Desired Relative ExperienceExtensive hands-on experience with business softwareExperience with NetSuiteFamiliar with automation of Order Management as it relates to accounting requirementsExtensive understanding of the Ecommerce Order lifecycleExperience working with 3PL integrationsBasic understanding of Wholesale system requirements such as EDIA functional understanding of related data table structuresFamiliar with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or CeligoFamiliar with SDLC proceduresGeneral understanding of best practices and business process in Finance and AccountingExperience in Project Management for back-office softwareBasic SQL skills a big plus, but not required

Requirements· Bachelor’s Degree· 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for business systems· 2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects· 2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst· Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience· Extensive experience with SaaS platforms· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
