Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in onboarding and mentoring new team members Foster constructive rapport with both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) personnel Meticulously oversee operations in a from-scratch culinary milieu Ensure seamless operations in a high-volume setting Supervise recipe adherence, portion control, prep schedules, and assist with staffing arrangements Demonstrate leadership prowess consistently
Assistant Culinary Supervisor Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a full-service Restaurant AKM or similar leadership capacity in a casual or upscale-casual context Thrive in a fast-paced milieu Demonstrated track record of upholding standards, surpassing objectives, and cultivating relationships Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes Adherence to stringent safety and hygiene protocols Proficient problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach
