We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager with strong bar experience to be involved in the daily operations of our newly opened restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of running a successful Restaurant and Bar Program. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and creating an engaging atmosphere for patrons.

4+ upscale restaurant management experiencePrevious experience in running a successful restaurant and bar programStrong knowledge of tequila/mezcal and specialty cocktails is preferredPositive attitude/Can-do mentalityAbility to work weekends and nightsHands-on management style
