Provide superior customer service and help customers with their auto parts needs, either in person or via the telephoneHandle cash, credit card, and other transactions, as well as maintain displays and proper stocking levelsOperate the point-of-sale system to search for parts and customer accounts and to invoice and pull ordersEffectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
Auto Parts Counter Sales Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's licenseDemonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
