Bespoke Windows Production Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years of experience in custom architectural woodwork production or a related bespoke industry.Demonstrated ability in leadership to inspire and effectively oversee teams.Strong project management abilities and organizational aptitude, with meticulous attention to detail.Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and knowledgeable about pertinent production equipment.Outstanding communication and collaboration talents for seamless interaction with teams and clients.Oversee and direct the entire production process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.Provide guidance and supervision to woodworkers, craftsmen, and production personnel to foster seamless teamwork and enhance skill sets.Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to synchronize production strategies with design objectives.Efficiently allocate resources to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.Establish and enforce meticulous procedures to maintain the utmost standards of craftsmanship across all products.
