We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from initiation to completion. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!
Project Manager Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Project Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in commercial project management.Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software.PMP certification is a plus.
