A highly respected, award-winning hospitality group is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources - Hospitality to oversee the day-to-day administration and execution of our human resources program. Responsibilities For The Director Of Human Resources - Hospitality
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and other staffing efforts
Align HR initiatives with business objectives
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Handle employee relations, investigations, and disputes
Performance Management
Conflict resolution
Maintain communication between various departments for a constant HR presence.
Qualifications For The Director Of Human Resources - Hospitality
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, in Hospitality is a plus
Experience working with a non-exempt workforce and hourly employees
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
Bachelors Degree
Exemplary communication and organizational skills
Collaborative work style
