Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food itemsDevelop and implement creative menu items within the restaurant conceptManage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiringMonitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality, and consistency on a daily basis
Executive Sous Chef Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume hotelStrong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skillsA true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environmentCulinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience is preferred
