Fitness Center GM Responsibilities
Must be motivated to keep team and members satisfied.Must be excited about keeping the Club clean and safe. Must be reasonably tech-savvy when it comes to communication and maintenance aps.Must meet basic physical requirements of lifting, standing, walking, cleaning, etc. This is not an office job.
Fitness Center GM Qualifications
MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, though it doesn't have to be in a fitness center.Must be self-motivated and capable of motivating others.Availability must be flexible. Late hours may be required at times.Some sales experience preferred.
