Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

Kitchen Manager Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years experience in a full-service Restaurant KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding quality standards in a scratch kitchenMust love a fast-paced environmentProven ability to maintain standards and build relationships Inventory and Ordering are required - previous experience is necessaryStrict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a mustProactive problem-solver and hands-on work ethic
