Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the culinary field Demonstrated stability with no more than 2 companies in the past 5 years Upbeat and dynamic personality, able to inspire others Background in working within a scratch kitchen environment
