Support the development of menus, programs, and activations through market research and market pricingOversee reputation management, including the timely response to all online feedbackDevelop, execute, and maintain holistic promotion plans that include digital marketing, creative content, PR partnerships, website & Google Business Profiles, restaurant-related platforms, syndication services, social media, email/print marketing, and community outreachPrepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and consumer insights, and work with operations to enhance operations based on findingsSupport private event marketing, including developing event menus and packages, sales decks, and other marketing materials
