Our high-end grocery client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Produce Manager to oversee the daily operations of their produce department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural and organic products, strong leadership ability, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
The Produce Manager is responsible for ensuring an amazing guest experience through leading product & service selection, high product quality, in-depth knowledge of products and trends and exceptional customer service.

Produce Manager Qualifications
5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a grocery store3+ years of experience working specifically with produce in a grocery store3+ years of supervisory experience with a strong leadership skillsetExperience creating attractive displays and merchandising Strong organizational, time management and administrative skillsetExperience working with multiple different vendors as it relates to produce and sourcing highest quality productsBachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
Produce Manager Compensation And Benefits
