Operations Manager Qualifications
2-3 years experience in an Operational Management role: Cultural Centers, Museums, Hospitality Management, or related field.Strong understanding of facilities management, security protocols, and visitor services best practices.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office Suite and facilities management systems.
