Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.Experience managing agreements or partnerships.Experience with business development, project management, product insight, cross-functional collaboration, and business intelligence.
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of the electronic product ecosystem.Excellent project management skills, with ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills, including an entrepreneurial and creative approach, attention to detail, and demonstrated collaboration instincts.Technical proficiency in and grasp of mobile apps ecosystem with a fluency in common business models, platform policies, and the competitive landscape.Proven track record of operating within and leading cross-functional efforts (with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.), including sensitive and complex initiatives.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will be a core member of the team responsible for supporting YouTube’s engagement, helping to shape business strategy and drive performance for a critical partner in YouTube’s distribution ecosystem. Given the breadth of potential collaboration afforded by YouTube, you have a deep understanding of the ecosystem and grasp the business and legal implications of embarking on new integrations and how to bring them to life.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Be a core member of the team driving YouTube’s partnership, helping to shape our approach and prioritization to drive business impact. Manage projects and tight timelines in coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.Facilitate Product Area-specific priorities and product launches across platforms, guiding on partnership approaches, supporting launches, and post-launch activities.Drive decisioning with the Product team on new integrations of products or features, and problem-solve across legal, policy, business, operational, and technical complexities to identify holistic solutions and secure cross-functional buy-in. Develop and implement frameworks and data-driven methodologies to measure partnership success. Inform business strategy by monitoring industry news and trends to uncover actionable insights for YouTube’s portfolio of apps and products. Deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders, communicating partnership performance, quantifying results, and identifying opportunities to drive impact.
