At GoTu, we're revolutionizing the dental industry with our innovative, deep work platform. Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.

Responsibilities include

Product oversight through full product management lifecycle, from defining product vision & strategy, requirements definition, development planning and execution of product roadmap, launch and ongoing managementCollects & prioritizes development projects against available capacity using systematic prioritization framework with the CPOPrepares clear, rigorous high level requirements & user stories that reflect data testing, wireframe design, costs/quantitative analysis, process flow charting, etc.Ensure sufficient pipeline of projects across horizon to support timely delivery against roadmap commitmentsCollaborates closely with Engineering & Design holding them accountable for delivery timelinesWorks with Engineering to establish ETA for planned development projects and manage impacted stakeholders through execution including managing timeline movements & rationaleCoordinates agile iterations and feedback sessions with Engineering estimation, grooming, dailies, retrospectives, etc.Develops in-depth knowledge of product functionalityDevelops robust market, competitor, customer fact base through day-today activities

With multiple rounds of venture back funding, our platform and app are disrupting the dental staffing industry. Since launching in late 2019, we’ve built the largest community of nationwide hygienists and dental offices, dwarfing our established competition in the dental tech staffing space. Relevant professional experience 3-5+ years as a Product ManagerSound business judgment can focus on what’s important, prioritize competing objectives with a financial mindset, synthesize complex information to simply and extract key insightsStrong bias towards action can efficiently drive projects to conclusion through proactive planning, extremely high attention to detail and holding stakeholders accountableExcellent verbal & written communication skills can craft clear requirements and communicate with non-technical and technical audiences, working cross-functionally to provide active feedback and guidance on technology capabilities, compliances and expectations across the organizationHigh EQ understands stakeholder motivations, can influence across audiences, and hold key partners accountableLeadership ideally will also have experience mentoring, advising and supporting development within a teamProduct disposition strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work and how they solve problems or provide value, find creative solutions and evolve the product as a wholeTechnical credibility high comfort and aptitude for understanding how technology supports product, business and client objective

Additional considerations

Working understanding of the Staffing / Recruiting, PE and/or VC landscapeHigh growth startup experience a plusMust be in Miami area or open to relocation. This role is 5 days a week onsite in our Miami HQ.
