At GoTu, we're revolutionizing the dental industry with our innovative, deep work platform. Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.

Responsibilities include

Have the ability to create polished, production-ready UI designsPossess the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders of all levels within an organizationClose collaboration with Product Manager, Tech Lead, Engineers & QA team members to ensure alignment and accuracy of end deliverablesHave the ability to create wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high fidelity mockups.Understand overall customer needs and ability to have a holistic view of design and user experience; ability to deliver on short-term needs that fit into long-term visionBe experienced with design sprints and the agile methodologyHave the ability to actively and constantly collaborate with other employees including product owners, designers, web and mobile engineers, quality-assurance engineers, leadership, and more

GoTu is changing the way the world works - starting with the Dental Industry! We’re an ambitious and motivated tech startup. With multiple rounds of venture back funding, our platform and app are disrupting the dental staffing industry. Since launching in late 2019, we’ve built the largest community of nationwide hygienists and dental offices, dwarfing our established competition in the dental tech staffing space. It’s truly a matter of time until GoTu is the industry standard for dental staffing needs in the Dental Community!

Qualifications

Key Competencies

Bachelor degree in Graphic, Interaction, New Media or related Design field or comparable work experience - required2+ years of experience designing digital products on a variety of platforms, including web and mobile (iOS and Android) - requiredExceptional design skills, production value and a meticulous attention to art, detail and concepts to ensure highest quality of user experience and brand reputationRequires proficiency with Figma and/or other associated design toolsExperience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platformsA robust professional Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributionsA deep conceptual and tactical knowledge of UX industry standards, usability, trends in web designResults driven self-starter with a unique combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and strong general and emotional intelligence

Additional considerations

Working understanding of the Staffing / Recruiting, PE and/or VC landscapeHigh growth startup experience a plusMust be in Miami area or open to relocation. This role is 5 days a week onsite in our Miami HQ.
