Co-founder NLP ML/AI Developer

We are looking for talented NLP Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence developer, you will be one of the founding developers. This is an equity-based part-time or full-time co-founding position. The intent is to offer full time employment and competitive salary+ equity. This is going to be with an Artificial Intelligence Start Up looking to make an impact in the various technology spaces. We need a "Self-Starter" that can collaborate with team members and work across multiple projects, someone who can help us build and lead a dynamic team and company. We also need someone who would like to code and mentor a team of young NLP devs. PYTHON + JAVASCRIPT BACKENDWe are an early-stage startup from a dynamic technology hub. We’re developing a hybrid cloud-based AI technology that guides users through sophisticated engineering methodologies to help solve real world problems. Our vision is to develop an agile platform to help solve challenging problems.Responsibilities: Lead the technical team and develop the technical strategy to align with our business goals.Build and maintain the NLP and ML infrastructure which will involve managing and optimizing Cloud resources, setting up data pipelines and building data models.Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address the business needs of clients and improve outcomes.Working with development team to design and implement new features that leverage ML/AI capabilities. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to improve model performance and accuracy.Responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of our data and systems.Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of machine learning models, algorithms, and processes.Monitoring and evaluating performance of models in production and identifying areas of improvement.Staying up to date with latest advances in ML/AI and incorporating them into our products.Ensuring we stay very competitive and able to deliver cutting-edge products to our customers. Required Experience:BS, (preferred MS) or PhD in Computer Science or other specialties such as AI, Machine Learning, with focus on Deep Learning and machine vision applications.In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks, and proficiency in Python, and R, NLP and ML frameworks, TensorFlow, Pytorch and NLTK 3+ years developing algorithms and solving problems in computer vision and machine learning.3+ years in developing machine learning systems, with extensive experience on deep learning systems.5+ years of senior leadership level experience.Demonstrated ability deploying machine learning systems to solve real-world problems. Advanced proficiency in PythonLinguistics background fantasticAttention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teaming skillsStrategic ThinkerPassion to solve difficult problems. Preferred Skills:Advanced proficiency in RExperience in implementing and improving deep learning systems and moving to real-time processing on embedded hardwareHands-on work on managing and performing GPU-based computing on large data sets Knowledge of cloud compute platforms and tools, such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
