Seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to handle plaintiff side cases in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
Manage plaintiff side personal injury cases from intake to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and depositions.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.Negotiate settlements and participate in settlement conferences.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school, admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.4+ years of plaintiff side personal injury experience.Strong litigation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
