Minimum 2 years insurance defense litigation experience Ability to strategize defense litigation and formulate litigation plans Evaluate exposures and good working knowledge of South Carolina substantive and procedural law Exceptional credentials with strong academic background, analytical skills, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Customer focus and client relation skills required
Position Skills
Experience taking and defending depositions Strong negotiation skills Ability to analyze cases effectively Strong understanding of insurance defense litigation Familiarity with South Carolina substantive and procedural law
