Position: Project Manager/Estimator
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all facets of commercial drywall construction projects Prepare accurate project estimates for timely submission Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Essential Job Functions
Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall, framing, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, gypsum walls, etc. Proficiency in OST/QuickBid software
Skills
Strong project management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments
Salary: $65,000 to $150,000 DOE
