Requirements
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Mitigation/ RestorationEducation: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferredXactimate experience preferredIICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, MoldCommercial/Residential construction experienceBackground in reconstruction/mitigationHighly-motivated and proactive Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
