📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We've partnered up with a premier and respected restoration company looking to add a Water Mitigation Technician to their team that is willing to do the work. Restoration experience is required. We are open to train those with the desire to grow within the company and industry. Looking for someone with a great work ethic, positive attitude, and one who is willing to wear multiple hats with many different duties each day. This individual will need to be able to run water mitigation projects from start to finish, from securing contracts, to performing the mitigation work, closing out jobs, and submitting paperwork correctly.
This is a wonderful opportunity to grow in a lucrative field. 80% of the people now in management roles started as technicians, worked their way up through the ropes, gaining skill sets and knowledge and are now making anywhere from $80-100k a year.

Restoration Technician Duties
Provides restoration services to residential and commercial customersCommunicating with members of the team as well as project supervisor and/or business ownerMaintaining project sites in a neat and orderly fashionCompletes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each jobBe exposed to various inside and outside working conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAble to be on your feet for long periods of timeValid drivers licenseAuthorized to work in the United States
